PLEASE NOTE: High School students must submit the following TCDSB forms available for download below. In addition, you must submit a copy of your credit counselling summary, which is available from your guidance counsellor at the school you are enrolled in. (If you are from another school board, please fill out these forms and indicate your school board on the form.) Important note: If you wish to obtain high school credits, you must submit the summer school registration form and your credit counselling summary.

Interviews

Each applicant will be invited to a private interview with the Directors to assess his/her suitability for the program. Parents of student applicants are also invited and encouraged to attend this meeting. This is intended to give each applicant the opportunity to determine the appropriateness of the program for his/her purpose. Interviews will take place in the fall.

Required Documents

The following documents are required at time of registration and should be mailed with your completed application form:

1. Passport (all applicants)

Please provide a photocopy of the informational page in your passport. If your passport expires within 6 months of travel, then you will be required to apply for a new passport. It is recommended that this be done immediately.

2. References (all applicants)

Two letters of reference should be submitted. One letter should be from a school representative and the other letter should be from outside the school from a non-family member.

3. Report Card (high school students only)

A copy of your most recent report card is required.

Deposit

A deposit is required at time of registration. Please consult individual program applications for the deposit amount. If the candidate is not accepted into the program, a full refund will be issued. Please make your cheque or money order payable to Adventure Learning Experiences and mail to Adventure Learning Experiences c/o Jen Wilson 41 Kimbourne Ave. Toronto, ON M4J 4J1.
